Unless stated otherwise in the product listing, all of my pieces are food, dishwasher, and microwave safe. For the longevity of your ceramic pieces, I recommend hand washing with a soft sponge whenever possible. 

All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within a few days of delivery with photos, and I’ll be happy to assist you. 

Please note that small imperfections are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered flaws. Thank you for your understanding and support of handmade work.

Small cracks, known as crazing, are an intentional feature of some of the glossy glazes used in my work. Over time, the surfaces can continue to craze which enhances the unique character of each piece.

Crazing is limited to the surface of the glaze and does not penetrate the ceramic body so it does not affect the structural integrity of the piece. Each piece is properly fired and fully vitrified, making it safe to eat and drink from.
